  • A smartphone (Android or iOS) with internet access
  • Passing the review and verification process

FAQ

Rider questions

Open the app, set your destination, choose a car type and tap "Order now". Your request goes to the nearest available drivers and one will accept within seconds.

Yes. The app shows the estimated fare for each car type before you confirm. The final fare may differ slightly if the route changes or there are stops.

You can pay the driver in cash at the end of the trip or through supported banking apps. An in-app wallet is coming soon.

Yes, you can cancel from the app. A small cancellation fee may apply if the driver has already arrived or is very close, according to the cancellation policy.

Every driver goes through identity, licence and vehicle verification. You can also share your trip with someone you trust and use the in-app emergency button.

Contact the driver directly from your trip history in the app, or message our support team and we will help you recover your item.

Driver questions

You must be 21 or older, hold a valid driving licence and national ID, own or drive a car in good condition with legal documents, and have a smartphone.

Earnings for each trip appear in the driver app immediately. Payouts are transferred according to the schedule announced in the app after the platform commission.

Absolutely. You choose your own hours: go online whenever you are available and offline whenever you like.

The system sends each request to the nearest available drivers to the rider, and the first to accept gets it.
